MSc Ilija Jovcheski
Teaching Assistant at the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, University of Skopje. He led the Macedonian national teams at the Balkan Mathematical Olympiad (BMO) in 2009 and 2012, and at the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) from 2022 to 2024. Additionally, he served as the deputy leader for the Macedonian team at IMO 2020.Members
Mr. Petar Filipovski
Mathematics Teacher at the Elementary School “Kuzman Josifovski-Pitu” in Skopje. Mr. Filipovski has held leadership roles in the Macedonian national team at JBMO 2024, and served as deputy leader at JBMO in 2017 and 2023, as well as at BMO from 2021 to 2024.
Dr. Gjorgji Markoski
President of the Union of Mathematicians of North Macedonia (UMNM) and Professor at the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, University of Skopje. Over the past 25 years, he has been actively involved in organizing national mathematics competitions through UMNM, both as a member and as president. Dr. Markoski has also led the Faculty's teams at the regional SEEMOUS university-level mathematics competition on three separate occasions.
Dr. Mirko Petrushevski
Professor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Skopje, and Senior Research Associate at the Faculty of Information Studies, Novo Mesto, Slovenia. Dr. Petrushevski has authored over 20 scientific articles in chromatic and structural graph theory. He has led the Macedonian national team at the JBMO in 2009 and BMO in 2024, and served as deputy leader at JBMO 2008 and IMO from 2021 to 2024.Get in touch
