Please enter names in mixed case (eg. "Jane Doe" not "JANE DOE" or "Jane DOE"). Names should be entered above in the form they should appear on the website and name badges; they do not need to be full legal names as on a participant's passport.

If an official invitation letter is required for this participant (e.g. For a visa application ), and the name on their passport is not the same as that given above for use on this website and their name badge, please enter their name here exactly as it appears in their passport with passport number and nationality given above.

For contestants, the languages specified should be those in which papers are requested; please contact the organizers if papers are desired in a language not included in the list.

Allergies and dietary requirements should be entered so that appropriate food can be arranged. For e.g. "vegetarian","Vegan", "Vegatarian-on-friday","Gluten free diet". You must have permission from the participant (and their parents, if aged under 16) to enter this information, and must confirmed that permission below. If you do not have that permission, enter "Unknown" here and "No" below. Allergies and dietary requirements information entered without confirming permission below will be discarded.

If you wish to arrive before or depart after the standard dates, please consult the organizers about availability of transport and accommodation.

Please see the regulations or consult the organizers regarding availability of single rooms and associated fees and deadlines, and consult the organizers for any special requests. Most students will be accommodated in triple rooms (your choice here doesn't affect the decision)
